Your ProRewards member pass works at participating lumber yards, fastener suppliers, and specialty counters. You do not need a phone app at the counter — a printed pass or a screenshot of the pass is enough.

Before you go

1. Confirm the supplier is in the partner directory.
2. Note the discount tier and any exclusions (sale items, branded commodities).
3. Bring your pass and a photo ID matching your firm.

At the counter

• Present the pass before the order is rung up.
• Ask the clerk to apply the member program code, not a competitor's price-match.
• Keep the receipt — member discounts sometimes post as a line-item rebate rather than a unit-price reduction.

Common pitfalls

• Stacking exclusions: some partners exclude already-discounted items; the member rate still applies to full-price stock.
• Wrong account: discounts are tied to your firm, not a personal rewards account.
• Forgetting the pass: clerks cannot look you up by name, so keep a copy in the truck.
